It will change the way we structure it a little because we
now have some better ideas on how to format the paper.  I think that it gives us a base on what
we want to do and now we just need to have a group meeting to discuss all
aspects of the presentation and how we want to put it together.  In other readings that we have had it
talks about keeping this interesting and organized.  One thing you need to do is makes sure there are not a whole
lot of words per slide.  This helps

At this point in our multi-media project, we have a good since of what is going on. We have most of the necessary images and information and we are working to come up with a good design and layout for the presentation. The reading for this week does not really help me because the first three steps of the production process can’t really be done right now. These steps are motivation, design., and planning of the document. The main problem is that each of these steps requires us to meet with the client to discuss the general information and content that should be included.

After reading A Rough Guide to Multimedia I feel that
our group is doing everything we can at this moment. This reading did bring some more things to
mind that I had not thought of before, and that will all be discussed with my
group to see if they have been thinking the same things. What I got from this reading was the emphasis
of breaking everything down into smaller parts.

I found the old reading assignment “Death by Power Point” to be very helpful in constructing our business plan (http://engl420fa07.rhetoricat.com/node/672). This power point presentation shows exactly what to do and what not to do when it comes to giving an effective presentation. I really agreed with the slides (12 – 36).
